WELCOME BACK

Some of our Bobbi Brown counters are now open. Before you explore, know that your health is our top priority. We've taken extra precautions to create a safe space for you and our Artists. Here are the steps we have put in place.

STEP ONE

STORE CLEANING

Cleaning the store before opening and after closing, and frequently during the day.

STEP TWO

HAND SANITISING

As always, Artists will be required to regularly sanitise their hands. Hand Sanitiser will also be available for you to use.

STEP THREE

SOCIAL DISTANCING STANDARDS

This will mean maintaining a 2m distance and limiting the number of people on counter at once.

STEP FOUR

LIMITING USE OF TESTERS & SERVICES

But don't worry, our Artists will be on hand to help you meet your makeup match.

SCREENS

Screens provided at our stores to assist with maintaining physical distancing where space is restricted.

STEP SIX

FACE MASKS

All our Artists will be wearing a face mask to protect you and we kindly ask that you do too.

CARD PAYMENT

Where possible, we advise using contactless card payment instead of cash. Our standalone stores will accept card only.
