How does the campaign work?
Each year, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics launches a new limited edition Pretty Powerful product of which every pound sold supports programs around the world that provide women and girls with the knowledge, skills and experience to overcome the social inequalities and disadvantages that they face.

Smart Works, a nonprofit that helps out-of-work women find employment by providing them with a set of interview clothes, styling advice, and interview training.Proceeds from the Pretty Powerful campaign will help maintain the two Smart Works centres in London, and help Smart Works to open more centres around the UK. That's Pretty Powerful.
