Dual-Ended Brow Definer/Groomer Brush

Using the definer end, start at the head of the brow and apply powder or gel with short, even strokes in an upward, outward motion toward the arch. At the tail, flip to the narrow edge of the brush for more precise application. Then lightly comb through brows with the spoolie to blend out colour.
