          Yes, after massaging into dry skin, add water to emulsify, then rinse away using your hands or a clean cloth. Pat dry to finish.

          Extra Cleansing Balm is the perfect first step in a double-cleansing routine, though it’s effective on its own. As part of a two-step routine, use it first to melt away makeup and impurities and follow with a gentle water-based cleanser that won’t strip skin.
