Step 1:
Prep and brighten undereyes with Corrector (used here in Dark Peach), and then layer Instant Full Coverage Concealer (used here in Golden) in on top with the Concealer Blending Brush. 

Step 2:
Use the Full Coverage Face Brush to apply Skin Long-Wear Weightless Foundation (used here in Golden) onto the center of the face and stipple to blend across the face.
Control unwanted shine by brushing Loose Retouching Powder in Yellow over the T-zone with the Eye Blending Brush.
