Simply tell us if you are a Bobbi Brown customer! This means if you have registered your email address with any Bobbi Brown counter in the UK when you have visited, purchased and/or had a complimentary Bobbi Makeup Lesson, or if you have registered & purchased on Bobbibrown.co.uk.
This will enable the ASK Bobbi App to tailor content and product recommendations based on your most recent purchases and/or Bobbi Makeup Lesson. Our product recommendations give you suggested products to view and find your shade preference. The best way to find the right shade for you is to visit a Bobbi Brown counter, you can search for your nearest counter via the app.
We can match your purchase and lesson history from the email address you have given us at counter and/or the purchases you have made via registering an account on Bobbibrown.co.uk.
Give us the same email address you have given us at counter and/or via Bobbibrown.co.uk. If you have used different email addresses in-store and online, we would recommend you give us the email address you registered in-store so we can tailor content and product recommendations based on any Bobbi Makeup Lessons you have had.
Absolutely! If you have a Bobbibrown.co.uk account you can log into the app with this using the same email address and password. This will enable ASK Bobbi to tailor content and product recommendations based on any purchases you have made online. If you have also given the same email address to a Bobbi Brown counter then you will also see recommendations based on any in-store purchases and/or Bobbi Makeup Lessons.
Yes, if you are logged in and registered you will be able to view recently purchased products. We will only show you individual products purchased. Information about the date, store or transaction method or amount is not part of the ASK Bobbi App.
Please note you cannot amend or re-order from previous online or instore purchases via ASK Bobbi.
