          It depends on the formula. Our Long-Wear Smudge-Proof Gel Eyeliner offers 8 hours of wear without smudging or fading. It is also waterproof and resistant to sweat and humidity.

          WHAT COLOR EYELINER FOR BROWN EYES? 

          Shades that are darker than your eye color, like deeper browns or black, always work well. However, makeup is about options, so don’t be afraid to try a pop of color when lining eyes.

          HOW DO I APPLY EYELINER?

Working quickly, apply liner in short, even strokes close to the lash line, from the inner to the outer corner of the eye.
