Creamy Eye Pencil

To apply: To help prevent skipping on the eye lid, warm the pencil first by rubbing some on the back of your hand. Use the pencil on its side, not the tip, and use short feathery motions - don't try to draw a long line in one go. For an easy smokey eye, smudge pencil along lashline before eyeshadow is applied.
