	When shopping, if you would like more information about a product, such as a larger colour swatch, product usage and tips, click on the small product photo at left.
	Type in the quantity of product you wish to purchase in the Quantity box located adjacent to the product. Read more on our Maximum Purchase Policy.
	Click the Add to Bag button, which places the product selected in the desired quantity in your Shopping Bag.

	At any time during your shopping you can view the items placed in your shopping bag. For a quick overview, you can click View Bag at the very top of the page, on the black bar. This will open a small window with a brief list of items you've added to your shopping bag.
	For more details and to edit your shopping bag, click the black button View Bag in this small window or at the top of each product page of our site.
	Editing Quantities: If you wish to edit the quantity of items being purchased, simply click on the View Bag button and change the number in the Quantity box. When you have entered the desired number click update. To delete an item in your Shopping Bag, click the remove button next to the Quantity box and this will remove the item.

	When you've completed shopping, click on Checkout from the menu at the top of each page.
	Of course, while you are shopping, you may change your mind and delete any item in your bag by clicking on View Bag from the menu at top.
	After your order is submitted, you will be taken to a thank you page that assigns you an order number and includes all the details about your order. If there are any problems processing your order, please contact Bobbi Brown Customer Service at 0870 034 2988 or via email and be sure to refer to your order number.
	If you do not receive this email within 2 hours of order placement, please contact us at 0870 034 2988 for further assistance. Spam filters may be employed by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or on your browser that may be preventing our email from getting through to you.

If you share your computer with others, we recommend that you sign out of your session by clicking Sign Out, located at the top of each page. Then no one else can view the information you have stored in My Account.
	Please Note that if you have left items in your shopping bag (for future consideration) they will be saved for 48 hours. So, the next time you visit our site, simply sign in to retrieve your account information and all of your services.

We regret that we must limit orders to no more than 4 units of any individual item and a maximum purchase of £600.00 per customer.

	Because settings on individual monitors vary, it is often hard for us to show the exact colour(s) of each item. All images have been optimized to look their best on a variety of different platforms, browsers and monitors. If you have questions about a particular colour of an item, please contact us.
	This site is best viewed with Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher and a minimum monitor resolution of 800 x 600 or higher. Please keep in mind that monitors display colours differently based upon their settings.
